Directions for Write-On Labels

Use a permanent fabric pen to write your name and date, then heat set writing with a hot iron (be careful not to scorch the fabric). I usually repeat this process a few times (it takes about a minute), then sew the label onto the quilt.

Allow the ink to dry for 24 hours before washing.

Some fabric pen writing may fade slightly depending on the brand used and how it's washed.
