Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship physical products within the United States using tracked shipping services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Digital Products

PDF quilt patterns and other digital downloads are delivered electronically and are available immediately after purchase. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional postage to resend if the package is returned or lost.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
